It's very important that you change the PROVIDER ID correctly. Your Username & Password will not work unless done properly.
Press "BACK" until you get to the part where it will ask you to enter the "PROVIDER ID".
Replace 455 with 836.
Log in using your Username & Password.
Press SUBMIT, ENJOY STREAMING! Don't know your Username & Password? Email us at support@getthree.tv
AutoPay subscription will be billed on the date you sign up for service. It will automatically deduct from your account on the billing due date. every month. If funds are insufficient it will try again after 5 days. After 3 failed attempts the subscription will cancel on its own. You can sign back up with a new subscription and your old subscription will be deleted.
No worries, your payment will be attempted again in 5 days.
A service can be canceled at anytime but due to new PayPal policies we can not issue a refund. Special circumstances can be addressed on a case by case basis by reaching out to support@getthree.tv
Of course! You can cancel anytime. THREE TV is no contract. Cancel anytime before 14 days of activation to stop any automatic payments.
All paid accounts may use the service for up to 4 device codes on any of the following devices. DOES NOT WORK WITH ROKU OR FIRESTICK LITE

THREE TV is IP restricted, we do not allow sharing of accounts. Users must abide by these rules or will ultimately be banned from the service if rules are broken several times.
